Beyotime的質粒抽提試劑盒是一種用于從大腸桿菌中進行質?？焖俪樘岬耐ㄓ眯碗x心柱式試劑盒。
本試劑盒不僅適用于常用的EndA-菌株DH5α、JM109和XL-1 blue等，也適用于EndA+菌株如JM110、BL21(DE3)、TG1和HB101等，能有效避免EndA+菌株中高豐度核酸酶的污染，并適用于從糖類修飾水平高的野生菌株中提取質粒。
野生型大腸桿菌中表達Endonuclease I，能切割并降解雙鏈DNA。編碼Endonuclease I的基因是endA，如果endA突變失活，其基因型會被標注為endA1，相應的突變菌株被稱為EndA-菌株，而野生型菌株則被稱為EndA+菌株。從EndA+菌株中抽提的質粒，微量核酸酶和質粒結合而容易被共純化，導致容易降解，而本試劑盒增加了特殊的洗滌步驟(核酸酶洗滌液溶液PB洗滌)，可以有效避免EndA+菌株中抽提獲得的質粒容易降解的問題。
